  1. I think a section on asking reading teen would be great or a place to post comments or suggestions. Because I had a question to ask and didn't know how to post so I send a tweet to readingteen regarding readingteen2 and the additional entry for following (gfc follower tabathia)

  2. I also am a fan of the Ask RT idea. Followers should post questions and you guys should answer. It can be about anything: books, or just normal life. Also a Recommended books page with books you guys recommend.

  4. I really enjoy finding out about obscure books. If there was a way that you could do that, it would be great.

  5. Sometimes your site takes awhile to load but that could be from so many factors I couldn't make any suggestions. The question section isn't too bad of an idea. I ran across something similar on another blog and really enjoyed what I learned.

  6. I would love a tour of your bookshelves! :P I love it when bloggers do tours of bookshelves and when they do IMM posts so I would love to see that on Reading Teen ( which is one of the blogs that I frequently visit) I would also like to see maybe, posts that about new releases, debuts etc. All in all, I love REading Teen no matter what!

ps- I love the questions idea, Dear Story Siren is pretty popular but I think I woul dlike to see another advice blog as well ;)

  7. It would be nice to know about your childhood reading experiences - what your favourite books where, how you got into reading -that sort of thing.

I also like the idea of the Ask Reading Teen. Us stalkers... whoops I mean followers, like to know things.

  10. I think the sidebar is too cluttered and the black background is kind of morbid so you might want to reconsider the color scheme. Other than that I think you're fine.

  11. I like the idea of asking reading teen. I will say that I think that your background is too dark. I have a really hard time reading some of the items even in red.

  14. A bookshelf tour would be really cool
as would an "Ask Reading Teen".
I love watching y'all in vlogs, you guys crack me up. So more vlogs would be neat.

  15. A bi-weekly or monthly retro review on a book that isn't currently popular, but Reading Teen still loved and remember would be a great idea. Otherwise I'm loving what you guys already do. (Hugs)Indigo

  16. I like your blog, however I think it's a bit too crowded on the side bar. Other than that, all good ^^

  17. I think the blog looks great, but the blog roll goes a tad to fast. All in all...great!

  18. Hmmmm, the only thing I can think to suggest on improving is the fact your blog is very "busy". There is a lot going on in the sidebar and the background.

  19. I love your blog, all the contest and info on books. Since I know that all of you guys like to write and to read, maybe you could have and advice section for aspiring writers. Maybe to help ppl get over a writers block, or come up with a char's name that would be from another country. Or ways to help ppl figure out the best ways to research what they are writing about. Also more Vlogs would be Grand :)

    Thanks,
    Danielle

  20. I love your blog. :) I don't have any problems navigating or reading when I come to the site. The comment section that others have mentioned is a good idea. :)

  21. I really like your blog and design!Sometimes I have a hard time reading content because it is dark on dark but it still looks really good!

  22. I like reading teen as is. But if I had to give a change i would say that a recommended reading list would be pretty cool.

  23. Your blog is very...big. Kinda hard to read on my netbook. But other than that, love it. :)

  24. I like the blog as it is. The grey on black on the right sidebar is a little hard to read. I like the idea of a "Ask RT" feature.

  30. I think the chess background is a bit distracting when reading a review. But otherwise everything is fine :D

  31. The background is a bit too dark sometimes.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I think an Ask a Reading Teen feature sounds great! I Also find the background a bit distracting and would find it easier to read and load your blog if a simpler background was used.

  33. The only thing I can think of is that the whole blog is a little too wide por my screen so I have to keep scrolling left to right but other than that, I love the blog :)
And I support the Ask Rt section

    ReplyDelete
  34. I won't be of much help because I think the blog is pretty cool as it is but this week you wrote a post that could be monthly, kind of "the month releases" so we can keep a better track of them. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  35. Well, I love Reading Teen, and sometimes I think that there's absolutely nothing wrong with it.

But sometimes I think that maybe adding a page of book recommendations would be awesome. And a peek at your bookshelves. :)

  37. I'm a follower!

I agree with many of the above suggestions. I think the ask reading teen is a great idea. Also, the side bar and the slow page loading is true. ><

    ReplyDelete
  38. I think an ASK READING TEEN section would be cool. Sometimes i feel like the text is hard to read against the black background and it'd be easier to read if the text were all bold or in a different color.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Actually I do like your blog as it is. It's one of the nicer ones, honestly. Love y'all reviewing different books for all age groups, and that link to ReadingTween. V. cute. The background isn't glaring either. But maybe try that "Ask Reading Teen" idea. Sounds like fun! Can't wait :)
    Thanks for this chance!

  45. Now that you mention the hard to read part... my eyes always have problems with the blogs with dark backgrounds and bright text... makes me feel a little cross-eyed.

    Great giveaway idea!

  46. I love that your blog doesn't have a ton of color to it, but find it slightly hard to read the text in the posts without the post background.
I think the ask reading teen section would be a great idea.

  50. I pretty much like everything, but it would make things a little easier if the "What are you looking for?" list appeared to the left, so you didn't have to scroll all the way down. But overall... great job!

  51. The blog would be better if I could just win this giveaway, I've been trying forever :) J/K I love this site and I wouldn't change a thing, though I do like the ask questions suggestion

  53. There's something on your site that makes it load slower than normal for me, I think this might be due to a little too much of various flash button on your sidebar. You should consider removing those that aren't necessary.

For the same reason I love that you now offer email subscriptions, as my Gmail displays your posts only.

    ReplyDelete
  54. yea. I think ask a reading teen is a good idea!!!!
I think you should give more stuff away hahahahah just kidding! but it'd be awesome! lol....well a bookshelf tour would be nice I like seeing what people own or like new books to look out for :P
