  24. I just downloaded from NetGalley, the middle grade version of The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein. I am looking forward to reading this one because I LOVED the original novel but it had way too many adult situations to share with my sixth graders. Now that there's a middle grade version, I'm excited to share this book with my students.

  32. The last books I've bought are two media tie-ins: Stargate SG-1 'Four Dragons' an Stargate Atlantis 'Brimstone'. I really liked the two series so I try to read all the SG-1 and SGA books that are there.

I don't think I'd buy any of SGU though, I just don't like the new series, it's just not Stargate for me.
