  1. Hogwarts, because I've always wanted to learn magic :)

  2. *If you could live in one mythical place, choose one out of these four: Narnia, Hogwarts, The Shire,
    or Olympus???*

Hogwarts would be cool and all, but it's still a school. BOO STUDYING AND JERK KIDS!
The Shire... heck no. Creepy dark evil things await.
Olympus-According to Rick Riordan, those gods are bipolar. I could be dining with them and then be lightning-bolted into the Fields of Punishment in the Underworld.
So I'm going with Narnina. Yay for talking lions, dancing fauns, and cool water spirits! :D

  3. My first time here! Hooray! :)

And, of course, it has to be a TOUGH question!

Hmm...I think most will say Hogwarts, but I'm going to have to go with the Shire.

It seems so peaceful and happy and simple, full of (mostly) pleasant people...with a small chance of adventure from time to time! ;)

    ReplyDelete
  4. Olympus all the way, I love the Greek Gods and find their mythology fascinating and I would love to see it. Though I would like the gods to be the ones from the Percy Jackson series where they're nicer. :)

    ReplyDelete
  5. mmmmmm??? Hogwarts, yeaaaah a boarding school filled w/ magic and gr8 characters count me in

    ReplyDelete
  6. Hogwarts for sure! I want to learn those magic tricks!

    ReplyDelete
  7. This is a tough question! I'm torn between The Shire and Narnia. The Shire is an idealistic and rustic countryside where wizards, dwarves, and elves could pop in at any moment. And the friendly hobbits would be fun to sit and talk with as the day went on. But Narnia is full of so many different places and climates and just as many interesting creatures. I could have tea with Mr. Tumnus, have a friendly sparring with Reepicheep, or ride on Aslan's back. To visit either place was a childhood dream of mine (though I'm not fully grown yet.)

  8. I would have to go with the Shire. I've always had a green thumb. :)

    ReplyDelete
  9. Olympus would be great...Think about all the hunky toga-wearing gods walking around!

    ReplyDelete
  10. Lots of good options, but I would have to go with Hogwarts because I totally fell in love with that world! And I can get the best of both worlds being in the real world and in a magical world at the same time!

    ReplyDelete
  11. Definitely Olympus! For the eye-candy & ambrosia alone!

    ReplyDelete
  12. Olympus, I think. Though Hogwarts is a close second. Still, Olympus would be sooo cool! Chilling out with the gods all day long! :)

    ReplyDelete
  13. Hogwarts, then I could make things float :) That'd be awesome!!! :D

    ReplyDelete
  14. Huh, Hogwarts is very magical but I wouldn't want to deal with Voldemort... I think I'll go with The Shire. It's just so peaceful! :)

    ReplyDelete
  15. I would love to live in Hogwarts IF I was wizard born. I have always loved magic. Otherwise, I would live in Olympus because only gods or their children are allowed there, making me a god or a halfblood. This would also give me magic.

    ReplyDelete
  16. If I could live in one mythical place I'd definitely choose Hogwarts :) Ever since I read the Harry Potter series I always wanted to live there because it sounds beautiful and HELLO I get to learn magic :D

    ReplyDelete
  17. I am going to pick the Shire, it was definitely a simpler time and I think I would really like second breakfast LOL Thank you for the fun!

    ReplyDelete
  18. Narnia for the creatures ( hodgwarts no because of racism i will endure and the others tw i don't know them^^)

    ReplyDelete
  19. I would choose Hogwarts!Magic and a castle as a school? Who wouldn't want to live there. Also, there are DRAGONS! :)

    ReplyDelete
  20. Hogwarts! Because I love everything and anything magic! :)

    ReplyDelete
  21. This is actually a pretty hard question. But ever since I read Harry Potter for the first time when it came out I have always wanted to live at Hogwarts. Well that would put me as a witch such fun to have powers. There is always something happening at Hogwarts so I would never be bored. Oh and then getting to go to Hogsmead would be amazing. Honeydukes with all their yummy sweets, Zonko's joke shop, all the stores would be fun to go to. Oh and can't forget Butterbeer that drink is so perfect.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Well, I believe that the Shire is situated at the foot of Mount Olympus in Narnia and Hogwarts is just on the other side of the Mount. It's a win/win situation right? :D

But in all fairness my answer would definitely be Hogwarts. I mean, this place (this whole world actually) is so awesome with all of the magic, and creatures, and food, and jokes, that I'd actually study if I went there. :D

    ReplyDelete
  23. Such a tough question!! I think I'm going to have to go with Hogwarts though because I actually love learning. What you learn at Hogwarts would actually be really interesting. Plus being magic would be amazing! I've wanted to go to Hogwarts since reading the books the first time :)

    ReplyDelete
  24. I would choose Narnia. I read all the books as a kid and used to dream about falling through the wardrobe into a mystical land with magical creatures, where there was no politics or nuclear bombs and guns. Living in Narnia would be the closest thing to true freedom, a world where things are simple and there are no serial killers or rapists. Today we live in a world that is overly populated and nothing is fair. Who wouldn't want to escape from that. Hogwarts would also be a great place to learn and grow up, but to me Narnia would be heaven.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Oh goodness, that question is impossible. I'd have to go with Narnia...I've loved the books since I was a kid and it would be such a peaceful, beautiful place to live in and have adventures in.

    ReplyDelete
  26. I would choose Hogwarts hands down. There is so much about the magical world of Harry Potter that we haven't explored yet. And I would love the moving staircases and the ceiling in the great hall!

    ReplyDelete
  27. THIS IS TOO HARD!

But I guess I'll have to go with Narnia - talking animals, dancing naiads and draiads? ASLAN?! Definitely :)

    ReplyDelete
  28. Hogwarts because magic would be so useful sometimes!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Narnia for sure. It's hard to choose cause I'd visit them all but to live I'd have to pick Narnia.

    ReplyDelete
  30. The Shire would be so so awesome, but only if I were a hobbit. Narnia is definitively my best choice. The books are fanfreakintastic!

    ReplyDelete
  31. Definitely Hogwarts. It's just so magical and awesome. I am a total HP addict. I have HP tattoo's and I watch the movies at least once a month. I also re-read the whole series once a year. There is no question that Hogwarts would be where I want to live.

    ReplyDelete
  32. The Shire because The Lord of the Rings captured me at a very earlt and has never really left me. I was ecstatic when they eventually started making the movies and the series gained so many new readers.

  33. There is no contest...it would be Hogwarts!!! I mean how amazing would it be to be a witch or wizard and be able to perform magic!?!

  34. Olympus, hands down! I have always been fascinated by the greek pantheon.
    Donna

    ReplyDelete
  35. I love Mythology, but Hogwarts is Hogwarts!

    ReplyDelete
  36. Hogwarts, definitely. There would be so many things to explore!

    ReplyDelete
  37. Hogwarts! I love learning new things, so school would be great. I would love to meet Harry & all the crew - even some of the teachers.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Touch pick... It would be between The Shire and Olympus. I love the Irish, but I'd would want to live like a god (be feed grapes), so Olympus it is.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Hogwarts, of course:) Because I'd be a witch then:)

    ReplyDelete
  40. I can't even take this question seriously, because in my mind, Hogwarts is basically heaven! Magic, commonrooms, feasts, I mean, come on. How can you NOT pick Hogwarts? Plus, if you attend Hogwarts, you can go to Hogsmeade and visit The Three Broomsticks, Honeydukes, and Zonkos!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Olympus. Awesome powers, a great view of the world, anything you could ever need. What more could you want? Oh wait, yes, a tiny part of it all to yourself. :D That would be why. :D

    ReplyDelete
  42. Hogwarts! :D Because I would love to be a witch. <3 Hih (A) And it is really, really pretty there.

    ReplyDelete
  43. hogwarts - there is no thinking about that one XD i love the world of harry potter. it would be awesome to see real magic or even be magical myself. and i have a thing for boarding schools - especially those in castles *grin*

    ReplyDelete
  44. Hogwarts. Mostly because I like the idea of defying logic and reality with a little magic. Though, I don't think I like the idea of Voldemort.

    ReplyDelete
  45. I wanted to say Olympus because I'm in love with Greek mythology, but there are some creatures in the world of Harry Potter that are similar to those in Greek myths. So I surprise even myself by saying Hogwarts. You've got to love floating candles in a dining hall along with endless spell possibilities!

    ReplyDelete
  46. Ah NO!!!! That's the hardest choice ever!!!!!! Okay, Narnia. Simply because I love those books like no other, and they have remained my favorites for a long time. But I'd consider myself very lucky if I got to visit any one!

    @LooChiaPet

  47. Hogwarts! I just finished reading the series for the first time and I'm totally in love. I want to be a witch. :D

    ReplyDelete
  48. I'd live in The Shire because it's beautiful

    ReplyDelete
  49. I'd have to choose between Hogwarts and Narnia. Both places seem really exciting and fun. Do I really have to choose just one between them? I want to go to both.

    ReplyDelete
  50. If I could live in any of those places, I'd choose Hogwarts without question. Harry Potter was the first book I really loved and when I was a kid I always thought it would be awesome to wake up one day and find a letter from the spanish version of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry... I was so sure that going there would not be boring, I was even willing to study every day to be the greatest witch :)

    ReplyDelete
  51. its between hogwarts because of the magic but also olympus because i love the greek myths

    ReplyDelete
  52. By Olympus, do you mean the world that Percy Jackson is living in?
If so then yes! I would love to have magical powers

    ReplyDelete
  53. Only Narnia under the rule of the Kings and Queens of old =P Otherwise, probably Hogwarts... although the Shire would mean I could travel to Rivendell to see the elves. Wow, this is tough lol. Okay, let's go with Hogwarts.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Hogwarts, because I want to be a witch! >_< Thank you for the international giveaway! :D

    ReplyDelete
  55. Hogwarts.......because that was the first book that actually got me to start reading. And it be soo cool to hang out with wizard, not to mention being one ur self!! But Hogwarts also has a dark & sinister side, which i personally woudn't wan't to be around to see. ;p

    ReplyDelete
  56. To me Narnia sounds the most enchanting and peaceful

    catherine0807 at hotmail dot com

    ReplyDelete
  57. They all seem like cool places, but I've gotta go with Hogwarts!!

    ReplyDelete
  58. I would want to go to Narina want to see some talking animals and check out the Beavers house.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Hogwarts, totally Hogwarts, for YEARS lol

    faefever25 at hotmail dot com

    ReplyDelete
  60. I would probably have to choose Olympus. I love (and have always been obssessed with) Greek mythology and I would love to live in Olympus and learn all of the things I don't know (which is a lot, compared to my second choice of Hogwarts).

    ReplyDelete
  61. I first thought Hogwarts but then I remembered Rivendell. As much as I love Hogwarts with it's huge halls, moving staircases and food that magically appears... I would love to be in Rivendell's beauty instead. Even if it's just the Shire and not Rivendell - I would choose it for it's simple beauty :D
    The Shire/Rivendell it is!

    ReplyDelete
  62. Hogwarts! A castle AND magic? Yes please :)

    ReplyDelete
  63. Olympus....Hogwarts is alluring...but it's OLYMPUS PEOPLE! lol

    ReplyDelete
  64. Couldn't we just invent an inter-literary-space-and-time-travel-machine so that we could hop back and forth between them at will? 'Cause that would be awesome!

    Excellent question!

    ReplyDelete
  65. Difficult choice. I read about Narnia first and fell in love with that world, but Hogwarts would be so much fun! I think I have to go with Narnia, first love and all that...

    ReplyDelete
  66. I would live in Olympus. I would be able to meet all the mythical gods. I think that would be pretty neat. Tore923@aol.com

    ReplyDelete
  67. Hogwarts - so I can go to Hogsmede for Butterbeer and magic candy :D

    ReplyDelete
  68. Narnia. No idea why - just Narnia. lol

    ReplyDelete
  69. Hogwarts - it has all you could ever want: magic, an old castle, ghosts, secrets rooms, awesome food, house elves - I could go on and on!

    ReplyDelete
  70. Definitely Hogwarts! Now that we know longer have to worry about [He who shall not be named]it will be a great place to learn the magical arts. Sorry, but I feel like if I name [you know who]he will somehow be resurrected.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Hm. Olympus orHogwarts? Hm. I'd have to say Hogwarts because my whole life has always been centered around waiting for the next movie and reading the books that when I turned 11 I used to stare out the window looking for an owl with my letter. Course the owl's way past late now, but you know, still hopeful. Plus, I want to learn how to use my wand that I got from the Hogwarts amusement park in Florida. XD

    ReplyDelete
  72. Hogwarts, because I'd soooo love to be a wizard and learn wizardy things!

    ReplyDelete
  73. Hogwarts for sure. I feel like I lived there already for so many years while I grew up with Harry. I'd love to experience it now as an adult. Also, I'd like to be a teacher, preferably Transfiguration or Charms.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Narnia.

I love the world C.S. Lewis created, along with all the creatures, the settings... everything. It's an amazing world, full of amazing life, and I think it would be great to live there.

    ReplyDelete
  75. I have to go with Hogwarts because I love the idea of having all of that magic.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Hogwarts, of course! I mean, okay, not any time when Harry was still in school because a lot of dangerous things happened around that time. But afterwards! It would be really awesome to be surrounded by magic.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Hogwarts!! It is the coolest place ever!! LOVE everything HP!

    ReplyDelete
  78. Definitely Narnia! Talking animals? What else do I need?!

    ReplyDelete
  79. Hogwarts, because I love the magic, mystery and action that unfolds there on a daily basis. I don't think you could ever be bored there!

    ReplyDelete
  80. Oh, I would most DEFF choose Narnia. Ever since I saw the movie...I've loved that place. (Especially Prince Caspian!! ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  81. I'd have to say Hogwarts... it was close between being queen and being a wizard... but come on, wizard totally beats queen.

    ReplyDelete
  82. Hands down it would have to be Hogwarts, it's magical, mysterious, you get to hang out and learn cool spells, meet mythical creatures in the forbidden forest. Meet hogwarts ghosts and pop over to Hogsmeade over christmas, it would be so much fun!!

    ReplyDelete
  83. I've grown up with Harry Potter so it is without a doubt my pick for this week. I do love the others though.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Hogwarts all the way!! Why? WHY NOT!? Harry potter books were something that brought my whole family together. We had contests to see who remembered the most about each book! To live in that world would be a dream come true ! >.<

    ReplyDelete
  85. HOGWARTS!!! Growing up reading HP made me wish I was a witch and me and my friends used to pretend we were in that world by making wands out of sticks found in her garden. Lol

    ReplyDelete
  86. I would love to live in the Shire...everyone seems so happy and friendly. Although today is dress up as your fav character day at school, so I dressed like Hermione.

    ReplyDelete
  87. I would choose to live at Hogwarts. Magic, spells, learning, and boarding school. What could be better? *swoon*

    ReplyDelete
  88. I would choose to live in Olympus because I always thought gods are interesting and it would be fun to meet them.

    ReplyDelete
  89. I would choose to live in Shire, cause is in England and I love England for all my life. Sigh, now I am sad.

    ReplyDelete
  90. For sure the Shire. For all those days you just want to get away and experience green earth and fresh air and something less chaotic then most days in our modern society. No deadlines, homework assignments, time cards, etc.. I think I could live without my i-phone for a day or two?! I'd want to take my dogs and family though (I think? Nope, definitely!). :)
