        Adult and Non-Fiction

                1. I think it shall be Gods and Warriors (Gods and Warriors, #1) by Michelle Paver because it came to me while I was just out of exams, I need a book with a fast ride but it was old style Fantasy with every thing slow down and goes step by step. I did not hate it but it's my 4 out of 5 kind of book but still it pissed me off and the wonderful news is I will be reading part two.

P.S. Thanks for this wonderful giveaway :) ...

                2. If a book pisses me off I just don't finish it. No matter what!! Totally not worth it.

                3. +JMJ+

It's usually Romance novels that have that effect on me, but there is one YA novel I can think of which really irritated me, too. And sure enough, it was the romantic subplot that didn't. I refer to Class A, the second book in Robert Muchamore's CHERUB series.

At the end of the first book (if I recall the timeline correctly), the main character enters a relationship with one of the girls in the CHERUB programme. In the second book, they are sent on separate missions; and while he is on his own, he starts up a romance with a girl he meets while undercover. Now, you could say that it's all part of his cover and that he's not really cheating on his girlfriend, even if he is enjoying making out with the other girl. (*rolls eyes*) But as you can see, it didn't sit well with me at all.

I kept reading to the end, when they are all back at headquarters, his girlfriend confronts him, and he gets all scared . . . only to learn, to his relief, that she is talking about something else and partly teasing! I would definitely have liked it better if he had come clean at the end and his girlfriend could have made a decision about their relationship based on reality. As it is, I think he got away with making a fool of her and is having his cake and eating it, too. Whether this ever got resolved in the series--or he just continued to fool around when undercover--I don't know, because I gave up on Muchamore then and there.

                4. I don't finish a book if it makes me mad. lol

Last year I tried to read the classic, Little Women. I read and read and it didn't seem to have any point so I put it away. I doubt I'll ever finish it.

                5. It pisse me off when I start reading a book that I was waiting to read or so excited to read and it sucks or when Im expecting it to be about a certain thing because of the book description and it ends up being about something else.

                6. I was curious if you ever considered changing
the structure of your site? Its very well written; I
love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the
way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or
two pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?

                7. I am currently reading a book that everyone raved about, but I'm struggling to get through. I ended up taking a break and have read about two books since I put it down, but am planning to finish it at some point, I think :)

                8. The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold. I had heard good things about this one and parts of it were good but then it just started to drag and I had to force myself to finish it just to see how it ended. It wasn't worth the effort and the worst part is I don't even remember the end.

                9. The Death Cure by James Dashner, Maze Runner book 3. I was so mad at the end. I even picked up the prequel and it was a complete waste of my time.

                10. I wasn't really liking Mind Games by Kiersten White but I wanted to see if it would redeem itself at all by the end. The ending does make me want to check out the second book, but pretty much none of the characters appealed to me and it took a lot of effort to finish it off.

                11. Flawed by Kate Evelyn pissed me off big time but I finished it just to see how it ended.

                12. Ugh I think that'd be Beautiful Disaster by Jamie McGuire, or The Vampire's Daughter by Shayne Leighton. Both annoyed me soooo much but I kind of had to see them through to the end, if only to scoff at how unrealistic it all was.
Thanks for the giveaway, the list of books to choose from is awesome :)

                13. The only book that really comes to my mind would be Fracture..I got pretty pissed on that book..I am willingly to give the 2nd book a chance to see how that goes, though..

                  1. i forgot to leave the author since there are a couple of books with the same name- Fracture by Megan Miranda

                14. The mythos academy books , I read the first couple of pages and I just couldn't seem to be hooked but i did finish it in a week or more. Or some pages I just skipped because I just coulndt read it anymore

                15. The mythos academy books , I read the first couple of pages and I just couldn't seem to be hooked but i did finish it in a week or more. Or some pages I just skipped because I just coulndt read it anymore

                16. I don't think a book has ever pissed me off to the point of wanting to takes a lot of piss me off and fiction usually doesn't do it. I do get really mad when I read books people are raving about and saying it's the 'best' and they turn out to be okay at most. (I don't have a problem with people liking books I don't like, I have a problem with people telling me it's perfect and then finding out it's far from it). I won't name those books though.

                17. Still haven't read Shadows in the Silence,, I really really need to get to it soon. #TeamWill:)

                18. I just read City of Bones after hearing all the hype about it. I tried and tried to get crazy into it but out just didn't do it for me. the story was okay but I had a hard time with her being so young.

                19. And a book that missed me off was only recently Imaginary Girls by Nova Ren Suma, but I had to finish it because it was an old Netgalley title

                20. I don't recall ever doing that. If I don't like a book, I just don't finish it. I usually don't have a care for what happens in the end if I didn't like it in the beginning.

                21. If a book pisses me off I don't finish it, although I finished Mockingjay even though it pissed me off because it was the end of a series and if it is the end of a series you have to read it to find out what happens. Another good example is Requiem by Lauren Oliver.

                22. Mockingjay. I hated how she killed off most of the fav. characters and then sent the rest away. It was awful!

                23. Ink Exchange by Melissa Marr. I have huge issues with the Wicked Lovely series but Ink Exchange was the worst. It started out so promising, but then just got...weird. And not in a good way. But I finished because I kept hoping it would get better, but no luck.

                24. I would have to agree with you about Mockingjay. I really didn't like the last half of that book. The last book of Divergent is coming out, I am hoping and praying that it will live up to or go beyond the first two, and not be a totally waste like Mockingjay.

                25. Extraordinary by Nancy Werlin, I hated, hated, hated it! I read it because I loved her book Impossible, so I thought I'd give this one a try. Major disappointment, it was awkward and terrible.

                26. Maze Runner books James Dashner

                27. I'd have to agree with you. Mockingjay is that book for me. Made me so darn mad!
                  Rachel M.

                28. Usually books that I'm tempted to quit are either boring, stupid or disgusting, they don't usually make me angry. Only Bridget Jones's Diaries made me want to toss it across the room.

                29. Wayne Thomas Batson's The Errant King! WHY WOULD YOU END A BOOK THAT WAY!?

                30. I would have to say Wild Awake by Hilary Smith. I was really into the book at first but it started going down hill towards the middle and I was hoping the ending would be better but no such luck!!!

                31. The Notebook by Nicolas Sparks. It was so flowery but I had to see how it ended anyway.

                32. For me it was the end of Hard Bitten and then Drink Deep of the Chicagoland Vampire series. Ugh I just wanted to throw them across the room. But I stuck with the series and it is getting better again. Oh and the Southern Vampire Series got really lame too but I will read the last book that just came out and see how it all ends for Sookie and the gang.

                33. Breaking Dawn. This book is horrible but I think I'm too stubborn so I read it till the end.

                34. Thirteen Reasons Why really made me mad. It just kept getting worse and worse but I wanted to see how it all ended. Now I just wish I never read it.
