Sage Czinski is trying really hard to be perfect. If she manages it, people won’t peer beyond the surface, or ask hard questions about her past. She’s learned to substitute causes for relationships, and it’s working just fine… until Shane Cavendish strolls into her math class. He’s a little antisocial, a lot beautiful, and everything she never knew she always wanted.

Shane Cavendish just wants to be left alone to play guitar and work on his music. He’s got heartbreak and loneliness in his rearview mirror, and this new school represents his last chance. He doesn’t expect to be happy; he only wants to graduate and move on. He never counted on a girl like Sage.

But love doesn’t mend all broken things, and sometimes life has to fall apart before it can be put back together again…

I thought this book was SUPER cute and happen to have an extra copy, so I thought I'd pass it on to one of you lovely readers! Enter below and good luck! ~Andye

  1. Thank you for the review! I usually don't read books dealing with difficult issues, but maybe since you said it is a fun read I could start with this one!

I enjoyed this book but like you said with your dislikes too. But I also found one scene happened and then it wasn't brought up again. It was a good story :)

  8. I had just seen this book title liked the blurb, but I wasn't sure if I wanted to read it. This review helped me decide - especially that you can just read it, without deep concentration and commitment. Need those kinds of books sometimes. Thanks!

  10. Interesting - this doesn't seem like the type of thing that would be a fluffy read, but sometimes it's nice to read something lighter that just touches on darker topics.
